 Ginger Turner, Broker
and Owner of Mountain View Properties, has been in the real estate
business for over 10 years. Raised north of San Antonio,
Ginger learned the big city way of life and the customer service
skills to create 'Clients for Life'. Working in Human
Resources through most of college, Ginger graduated from University
of Texas with a Business Degree. After deciding to change the
pace, Ginger took a job as a Loan Officer Assistant for one of the
top Loan Officers in San Antonio. Working daily with lenders,
underwriters, and Realtors, she learned the processes and ins and
outs of the real estate industry. After meeting her husband
Heath, they decided to move to Alpine to be closer to family and get
away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Ginger
continued doing mortgages until 2006 at which point she received her
Real Estate license to become a Realtor. With Robert Heckler
as her mentor and Broker, she learned more than ever what it took to
become an Agent and build 'Clients for Life'. Without wasting
any time, Ginger earned her Broker license in July 2008 and acquired
Mountain View Properties from Heckler. Working with her
associates
and with the support of her clients, Ginger hopes to
offer more services and attention to local residents.

with HAT
Construction and other local Builders, as well as a couple of mortgage affiliates to provide more options for
buyers. Our "One Stop Shop" allows buyers to step into our new
office and be presented with not only available properties for sale, but also
home plans, rentals, home prices, financing options, and other
construction services for their needs. Our goal is to make buying
and building a home less confusing and a lot of fun.
 In
2009, we expanded our team to include Real Estate Agent, Michelle
Foster. Michelle was born and raised in El Paso, TX and has
lived in Alpine on and off since 1983. She received her degree
from Sul Ross State University with a Bachelor of Science in
Agriculture Business and has managed her own business for over 14
years. Michelle is married and has two sons and enjoys meeting
new people and building lasting relationships with clients.
She has been a licensed Realtor for over a year and became part of
our team in April 2009.
